Willis is a van driver from our North Haven yard and has been with the company since 2014. Willis’s favorite part of driving is the no pressure
environment. He is a retiree who has been married for an impressive 53 years to his loving wife. Willis has raised five children and now enjoys spending time with them as well as his grandchildren. Willis is also a pastor in his 51 st year with Rock Tabernacle Church in North Haven.

Willis says that he enjoys working at M&J for many reasons including the family atmosphere, competitive pay, and great managers! He enjoys the flexibility of the school schedule so he can vacation in Florida and Myrtle Beach.

 

Willis’s manager Heather says that, “He is like a dad to all of us here. He is always ready to help and I can count on Willis to go anywhere.”

 

Willis presents a soft-spoken demeanor that has guided him to create a safe, friendly atmosphere for the student’s he transports. He feels as
though M&J respects him and treats him like a person, not a number which motivates him to continue his loyal service!
